Excellent Team Version of Pro Shoe...Jan 22, 2011
By KnoxvilleTennisPlayer Great concept...create a lighter weight shoe with 90% of features of the high-end model at a lower price. I agree that the Barricades 6's are pro-level shoes, but they are not particularly comfortable and they are horribly heavy. If you are a light to mid-weight player who values the ability to move quickly on the court without sacrificing durability in a shoe...this is the ideal model. I formerly played in Prince T22's but these are far superior from a stability, durability, and support perspective. I have the black/silver version and they are some of the best looking shoes I've every owned. Haven't played in them in the heat of mid-summer yet, so that may be the only drawback to the black color and limited ventilation. The raised heel and lower forefoot really seems to keep me on my toes, so I find myself moving quicker at the net, too. Cushioning could be a tad bit better, but after playing in the super-cushioned T22's I am glad to make the trade off for better support.

Adidas Barricade Team Tennis Shoe - TWO THUMBS UP!Sep 04, 2010

I will begin this review by mentioning that I am partial to Adidas and New Balance shoes from the get go. Most Nike shoes are too narrow for my foot, and thus, though stylish, they are uncomfortable and not worth the purchase. These Adidas Barricade Team shoes are thoroughly modern. I get compliments on them too. They are so nice that I often wear them with preppier clothes and they fit the look. They are also incredibly comfortable shoes. I have found that legit tennis shoes usually have a wider, more comfortable stance than running shoes, although I own several pairs of New Balance running and hiking shoes. These are quality shoes. I'd highly recommend them to anyone. TWO THUMBS UP!

For me it lasted just for a month. Thought it will last at least 6 months. I would not recommend this shoe if you are looking for durable tennis shoes.
Excellent choice!Jan 29, 2012
By Elena Bought the shoes for my husband and says that are very confortable and light. While playing tennis they have a great grave to the court.
