This is a good dampner, i really feel the difference when I play with it, the vibrations are so much less(That's its job, right?!!). Well, as I said, as long as it holds to your rackuet. The dampner likes to fly away when you hit the ball hard as it does not hold well to the strings and every 15 minutes I have to search for it on the court.
My advice is, if you like to stay in the game, avoid this dampner.

i'm an intermediate/advanced tennis player.
I bought this vibration dampener locally.
I tried and bought like 4 different dampeners over the course of 2 weeks, because none of them just didn't feel right or effective.
But this one did the job!
At first it took getting use to, and some adjusting...but after about 10mins on the court ...you'll love it.
Place this dampener more to either side of the racket for power/spring trajectory.
Or place it to the center,or slightly off--center, for control/firmness -- i personally don't like placing it in the smack dab center directly...i place it about 1 or 2 spots to the side,the shots feels much better/crisper than in the main center.
I didn't know a vibration dampener can have this much noticeable impact on how your racket plays.
feels like my racket are completely different strung rackets, depending on where this vibration dampener is located.
Not all vibration dampeners are created equal, that i can say after using this one.

Let me say this, I've had this dampner for about 4 weeks and it has flown off at least 30 times. The dampner does not fit snug enough to stay in place and flies off anytime I volley or hit a forehand stroke. The quality of it is awesome but the lack of snugness(?) makes me hate this thing. Plus for one dampner (small piece of rubber) it is awfully overpriced.

Bought this item 2 weeks ago and after i bought it got scared for the previous reviews saying that u need to be constantly picking it up from the court.. im a begginer/intermediate player with a wilson K endure 103 inch head and i've played with it 4 times already. I play with a lot of TS and the damper has never fell from my racket. i strongly recommend it.
