This was a replacement racquet - after 5yrs. of crashing to the walls & floor my favorite racquet bit the dust. I was so glad to find it again. Light weight but extremely strong.

My new racquet has been great so far.
I haven't had any real problems hitting the sweet spot and it is very durable.

I bought this racquet in November of 2011 and have been playing twice a week since I bought it, hold up great and have had not problems.

I ordered an Ectelon red racquetball racquet on 12-11-09 and was told that it would be delivered by 12-24-09. When it had not arrived on that date a new delivery date was shown and it was between 12-24-09 and 01-04-10. When the item was still not here, I emailed the company and due to the holiday I did not receive a reply. I called NRC on Monday and was told that the item had been back ordered and would be shipped that day. The item was shipped and I received it today but on the original order the shipped date was changed to 12-28-09. I am dissapointed that no one contacted me to update the status of the shipment for two weeks and I had to call the company to find out why the racquet was delayed in shipping and when it would acutally be shipped. This was my first order from NRC and was dissappointed in their handling of my order.
